Our annual VBS will take place from July 19th–23rd with Jantsen Lynn from San Marcos, TX.
The topic will be from the book of Jonah, entitled, “Jonah: Learning Leading Love.” Jonah was sent be God with a message of repentance to be delivered to the people of Nineveh. Jonah hated the Ninevites and tried to thwart God’s command to go to them. God teaches Jonah an important lesson about loving even his enemies, just as God does. While we are left on a cliffhanger as to whether Jonah ever learned the lesson, we can certainly learn it from reading the book!
We hope that you will come with your children and hear these important lessons that have been prepared!
We will meet at the following times:
Sunday: 9:30 AM for Bible Class in which we will do a Bible Drill competition against the adults, 10:30 AM for a lesson from Jantsen that is geared toward the youth, and 5:00 PM for the first night of VBS.
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 PM for each night of VBS.
